NALH client Terry Tuharsky of Dakota Consulting has written a book called “The Leadership Formula” that shares 50 ideas on how to become a better business leader, faster. The premise of the book is that, in order to be an effective leader, managers must align themselves with the core values and culture of the people they manage. It explains why leaders need to become adept politically, and provides a framework for how leaders think and act. Through tips and core questions, the book provides a path for learning to develop your leadership skills throughout your career, or in service to the community.
